The free trial is perfect for testing the Rocketspark platform to see if it suits your business. You will have the ability to explore the different features and develop skills that will be beneficial in the long run.

There are additional fees for some features, ie. adding extra users to your account. These are all outlined in the comparison table.

You can also register a domain name with us and set up your business email address. These are not included in your monthly subscription.

Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your dashboard. To move to a lower-tier plan, simply review your current usage and decide which features you can do without. This will help you find a plan that works for your needs while keeping things cost-effective. You can also upgrade your plan and take advantage of our advanced features to get the most from your Rocketspark website.

We offer monthly and yearly plans you can cancel at any time. Our free trial has no ongoing obligations, no notice period and we don’t require payment details to start your free trial.

Your subscription can be cancelled from your dashboard. Once you cancel, your website will be taken offline. You will need to think about what to do with your domain name and email accounts; we can continue to host those for you, or you can transfer them somewhere else. 

We will keep your website data for two months following the closure of your account. If you decide to re-upgrade within this time you can start where you left off, however, upgrading outside of this timeframe will start you off with a blank slate, meaning you'd need to redesign your site and add all your content again.

Whether you’re on a monthly or annual plan, your credit or debit card will automatically be charged at your billing anniversary date for the next period. We will send you an email a week before renewal that your plan is about to renew.

To pay for your Rocketspark subscription, the only method of payment we accept is via a credit or debit card. You can easily upload your card and store this for future payments through the billing settings of your Rocketspark Dashboard.

No. Five days before your trial ends we will send you a reminder that your trial is about to end. We will also send you an email to advise you when your trial has ended. Both of these emails contain a link that allows you to become a Rocketspark subscriber.

Once your trial has ended you will no longer be able to access your trial website but we will keep a copy of your website for 2 months following the conclusion of your trial so that your trial website content can be retained if you upgrade to a paid Rocketspark subscription. To upgrade after your 30-day free trial has ended, please contact us and we will activate your site.

No, you can't pause your subscription. However, if you contact our Customer Success Team, we can put you on an "on hold" plan. This is a reduced price plan that will store and host your data until you are ready to relaunch your website.

There’s no set up cost to start your website journey with Rocketspark. Simply start your 30-day free trial and upgrade your subscription when you’re ready.
