What if I want to cancel in future?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel your number or turn Notetaker off any time.
Will the person calling me notice anything?
They dial the number and it rings through to your phone as normal. With Notetaker on, callers hear a short message letting them know the call is being recorded.
On your end, you’ll hear a quick message so you know it came from your website—then you’re straight into the convo.
How many call minutes are included?
No limit. Talk as much as you like—there’s no cap on call minutes. We’ll let you know if that ever changes.
Can I get local numbers in my country/region?
Yep—if you're in New Zealand, we’ve got you sorted. We offer local tracking numbers for each region across Aotearoa.
Call tracking is only available in NZ for now, but we're planning to expand into more countries soon.
Are my calls recorded?
Only when Notetaker is on. With it off, we just track the basics like call count and how long they ran. Nothing gets recorded, and you can switch Notetaker off whenever you like.
Call transcripts are private and secure. To download the audio recording, you need login access to review the audio.
Do I need a new phone or app?
Not at all. Keep using your current phone and number. No new tech. No faffing about.
