Where will my website be hosted?
All NZ clients will be hosted on high quality NZ based hosting. We host all clients websites so we can launch updates and new features for free.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Rocketspark includes a domain name free on new registrations for the first year in all pricing plans but if you would prefer to host your own domain name we can advise you the settings you need to set up.
Do you provide email accounts?
We can provide email accounts to match your domain name for $5+gst/mo per mailbox or you can set up your email with Google Apps or Office 365.
Is there any setup cost?
Rocketspark's do-it-yourself website builder is free to set up with a 30 day trial. See our pricing page for pricing plans. Accountants and bookkeepers typically use our base plan.
Can I track visitor traffic to my site?
Yes. You can see a huge amount of information about visitors to your site. Rocketspark integrates with Google Analytics for top notch reporting.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?

Will my website look the same as others?
Our bookkeeper website templates are a great starting point and are very flexible so you can easily change the layout, colours, text and pictures to make the website truly unique to your accounting or bookkeeping practice.
Can I edit the Xero Stack?
The Xero stack is automatically updated and can’t be edited. If you wish to have your own content you could recreate the design yourself using standard text, image and video blocks.
Do I have to build it myself?
