You need to draw out key benefits of Rocketpark’s product features quickly, and be comfortable with innovation and ongoing learning about their platform as it evolves over time.
Insightful written and verbal skills are required as you convert tech-talk into everyday language for the company’s different audiences. You need to be thorough and process-minded when setting up campaigns, you’ll be someone who can take a brief and bring campaigns to life.
The ability to think strategically and test and learn will be advantageous as you’ll be working with an agile and collaborative team who love continuous improvement.
This role would be ideal for a communications specialist (ideally from product background but not essential) with more than 2 years experience.

This is a full time position but Rocketspark will consider flexibility around working hours for the right candidate. Apart from creating segmented product marketing content and implementing marketing campaigns for different distribution channels, this role may include moderate amounts of social media management, delivery of newsletters, and updating content for rocketspark.com.
