About the Role

Rocketspark is looking for an exceptional Customer Success Specialist who loves to help people and develop strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will join our Customer Success team and be a champion for our customers by responding to customer queries and delivering world class service via phone, email and chat. You will guide your customers on their website journey as they move from potential customers to delighted promoters of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritising and responding to customer enquiries within the online support ticket system
  • Making and receiving customer support phone calls
  • Escalating technical problems to the technical support team
  • Delivering exceptional, timely service helping customers to reach their goals by making the most of their Rocketspark website
  • Write and deliver customer success content, including help guides and educational videos
  • Looking for and suggesting ways to proactively improve the customer experience
  • Support customer success initiatives to improve upgrade conversion and subscription level
  • Gathering customer insights to help improve Rocketspark’s product proposition and identify business opportunities.

  • Creative thinker and a good problem solver - someone who is able to adapt and think outside a process or the way things have been done before if it makes sense to do so.
