The Role and Hours

At Rocketspark, we are looking for someone who loves helping people to join our Customer Success team. 

The successful candidate will be helping our customers with email and phone enquiries, as well as guiding our customers on their website journey as they move from potential customers to delighted promoters of our brand. This role is a great career starter.

You don’t need any previous experience working in technology - we will provide you with all the training to help you perform at your best.

You do need good written and verbal skills, along with a can do attitude and a willingness to learn.
 
This role will be rostered to coordinate with other part-time team members so there is a good potential for it to work around your schedule, whether you are a parent wanting to get back into the workforce, or a university/tech student paying your way through study.

Experience and Skills

This is an ideal role for a student or professional. While some experience would be an advantage, the main thing we are looking for is a fast learner, good listener, and someone with good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinker and a good problem solver - someone who is able to adapt and think outside a process or the way things have been done before if it makes sense to do so

  • Previous experience in building and maintaining customer relationships

Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Prioritising and responding to customer enquiries within our online support ticket system
  • Making and receiving customer support phone calls
  • Escalating technical problems to our technical support team
  • Delivering exceptional, timely service helping our customers to reach their goals by making the most of their Rocketspark website
  • Writing customer success content
  • Liaising with other Customer Success team members to ensure a seamless support hand-over

Administrative Support

  • Customer account follow-up and assisting the account team as required.

Rocketspark Business & Team Focus

  • Looking for, suggesting and where possible implementing process improvements so we can efficiently deliver better service to our customers to improve our business
  • Gathering customer insights to help improve Rocketspark’s product proposition and identify business opportunities
  • Helping out other team members with marketing or product related tasks when needed
