About the Graphic Designer role
We’re seeking a part-time Graphic Designer to join us at an exciting stage of our journey. You’ll be at the forefront of creating high-quality visual content, spanning graphic design, photography, animation, and website design. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams, understanding project requirements and delivering creative solutions that align with our brand. This role offers plenty of creative freedom, encouraging you to think beyond the ordinary and bring fresh ideas to life.
Key skills and experience
Proven experience or strong portfolio
Proficient in Adobe and Figma
Works well in a team environment
Up-to-date with design trends
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a graphic design role or have a strong portfolio with an eager to learn. Demonstrates expertise in a combination of illustration, graphic design, photography, animation, and website design.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, works well in a team environment but can work alone too with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Passion for design and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques.
Desirable
Confident creating animations in Adobe After Effects
Operate a digital SLR camera to capture professional photography
Create and edit reel videos for social media.
